Option #1 - Our standard hourly rate for maintenance service is $125 per hour.

This option is perfect for clients who need occasional maintenance or have unpredictable maintenance needs. You can simply contact us whenever you require assistance, and we will provide the necessary service at the hourly rate.

Example: A cleaning service contacts us to provide one-time updates to a page within their site. The job takes 2 hours to complete. The total cost for this service would be 2 hours x $125/hour = $250.

Option #2 - Pre-paid Maintenance Packages:

For clients who anticipate regular maintenance needs and want to save significantly on our services, we offer pre-paid maintenance packages as low as $80 per hour. These packages come with a fixed number of hours that can be used throughout a 12 month period. The hours can be used in increments of 1 hour for any maintenance task during the validity period.

Example: a Dentist Office purchases a pre-paid package with 50 hours of maintenance service. They have various maintenance needs throughout the year and end up using a total of 45 hours.  When the 12-month period is over, the remaining 5 hours will not be refunded, but the client is happy with the savings they achieved through the pre-paid package. They will pay much less than what they would have paid at $125 per hour.
